You will find that even IF CO2 is the problem, eleminating ALL CO2 emissions by the U.S. will not matter. Having said that, I beleive the research that shows the global temperature swings we are seeing are normal and that your junk science is going to destroy our society, economy and industry for nothing. As per status quo, mismanagement rules, and gets compensated for it with bonuses. What a wonderful world.
