One of the major problems in spreading awareness and concern over global warming is the lack of public understanding of the science involved. But now, a new website aims to spread factual and intuitive information about the science of defining a clear, safe carbon level in our atmosphere.

350.org was founded by  the groundbreaking environmentalist, author, and scientist named Bill McKibben. 350 broadcasts in as many different languages as it can with the message that 350 parts-per-million of carbon dioxide in the Earth’s atmosphere is the absolute point between a safe, sustainable future or an irreversible climate change.
